This is the second book in the series "The Revenge of Magic" and is equally exciting and enchanting as the first one. It is an intriguing story that leaves you on the edge of your seat.

Fort's father went missing while in Washington DC where an attack happened. Meanwhile, Fort has been going to a magic school where he is learning about magic and other such skills. He now also understands that his father might not be dead after all; he might be just missing and he is determined to do anything he can to rescue his father!

He gets warnings from his friends, however, Fort lies to them about his plans. When things don't go as planned, he is segregated and is left with just Gabriel, his roommate. With most of his friends aloof, Fort needs to decide on what price he is willing to pay for saving or finding his father!

Fort is a very relatable character. He indeed needs to be courageous and wise! He is obsessed with saving his father. Through the story, Fort comes to realize that he cannot trust the authorities and rely more on his intuitions to reach the last dragon!

Who is this Gabriel? Why is he still hanging onto Fort? Does he have some secrets? Is Fort's father alive? Would Fort be able to find him out? Is the last dragon the last one or are there any more alive?
