Leif and the Fall
This is very true - even discarded ideas can build the basis for great things in life!
I've been a voracious reader growing up. I still have reading as my favorite time of each day in my life! I strongly believe in the power of reading. I am thrilled to be an inspiration to the upcoming generation in my home. This book would be a treat for a person who loves books.
Title: The Highest Mountain of Books in the World
Author/ Illustration: Rocio Bonilla
Publisher: Peter Pauper Press
This is a lovely story about the power of books and how they can inspire a child even when they are a baby. The books are like wings for us which pave the way for our imagination to grow.
Luca is the central character of this book who always feels he was born to fly. He observed birds and airplanes in the sky. From this, he started experimenting with designing and making his own wings. He even wrote letters to Santa for help! Nothing worked!
However, one day, Luca's mother gave him a book and asked him to read it through. His pile of books grows to great heights. Whoa! Magic! Something amazing happens! Luca begins to fly!
π I would recommend this book for readers in the elementary stage, probably around the 5-9 age range.
π
Kids will enjoy Lucas' reading and imagining, and also understanding the lesson that there is more than one way to fly.
πThe illustrations look so real and very suitable to the storyline.
π This book would be a treat for book lovers.

Halloween is over, but it looks like we're not really done with Halloween books! This is part of a book series that never disappoints the readers.
Of late, I got to read two fascinating non-fiction books, which changed my ideology of the food and grocery industry from the roots up.
