Have you ever thought about what and what not your brain does for you each second of your life?

A pink round spongy soft ball with hands and legs and glasses - this is our brain as pictured in this book. All other organs like the stomach, lungs, heart, etc are part of the brain's band. But the brain doesn't function alone, it collaborates with the senses - eyes, ears, nose, tongue, and even the nervous system, who help collect messages that make you understand what things look, sound, smell, taste, and feel like. The brain also controls the breathing in your lungs, keeps your heart beating, directs hand/foot movements, controls sleep, etc, all of which are very important parts of our lives. The book ends with wild facts about animals and their brains and a detailed glossary.
Adorable, colorful, and superb illustrations that are cartoon-like and funny like smiling kidneys, emotional heart, blood highways, silly lungs, comical stomach.. and the list goes on. The book contains a lot of facts and information, but they are presented in a very hilarious and relaxed manner which is easy to understand even for a beginner reader.
This book would be a perfect fit for elementary kids and they would really enjoy learning about our body is well controlled by our brain. They would enjoy the silliness and jokes intertwined with very important information.
