Raising a child is a blur!

This is an elegantly illustrated poignant and heartfelt story where we see a little child growing up, graduating from school, and heading off to college. In this story, the parents of a baby discover that the baby could be a superhero. When the baby starts walking and running around, everything becomes a Blur. Moreover, the baby is racing towards the next milestone in life without even giving time for a pause.

This is a book for parents and kids to remember that life moves fast. The story requests all to please stop at times and look around every once in a while, otherwise, we are going to miss everything. Every parent out here will be able to relate to the feeling of loving and holding the little one and then letting go of it as time speeds up.

In my opinion, even though kids may appreciate certain funny instances in the story and illustrations, the feelings and emotions of the story are more mature than what little kids would digest. The overall storyline, I would say, would be more suited for an adult reader.

• This story seems like a simple one, but there is so much depth in here.
• This book would make a great gift for new parents or could also be given as a graduation gift.
• This could be read aloud and explained to toddlers and little kids (also, elementary-aged kids). However, they may not be able to fully understand the overall story or feelings in this story.
