This is a beautiful lyrical picture book. This book motivates and directs us to remove negative thoughts from our mind and replace them with positive happy memories and thoughts.

We keep on worrying and thinking everyday. After a while, our brain is full of thoughts and worries. However, when new worries and thoughts come, we need to provide space in our brain for them. So, some of the older thoughts acquire wings and fly away, giving place to new thoughts. Similarly, if the thoughts getting these wings are negative thoughts, it would be very much beneficial for our well-being and mental health. This is because these negative memories and thoughts bully our mind and brain, they also submerge the positive thoughts underneath.
