This is a story of a red longhaired dachshund. This dog is feeling very hot in the city, which is busy, hot, and loud. He is extremely tired of the summer heat. He also has to go on chores with his owner which intensifies the impact of the hot summer sun. When the pet owner understands that the dog is exhausted from the hot weather, she heads out to the beach.

The beach feels wonderful to the dog with its openness and cool wind. They spent a lot of time at the beach and by the time they got back to their home, the sun had cooled off and the city had become calm.

📚 The story is very simple and can be understood by toddlers and little kids too.

📚 Excellent illustrations which take the book to a new level.

📚 A very simple lesson conveyed through this very simple story - openly communicating about how you feel and in return, responding with kindness and trying to do something for you when you are having a bad time.

📚 Perfect for kids ages 3+
