Happy Paws is the first book in this early readers series - Layla and the Bots.
Title: Happy Paws (Layla and the Bots 1)
Author: Vicky Fang
Illustration: Christine Nishiyama
Publisher: Scholastic Inc.
This story is about Layla, who, when she's not busy with her rock band, tackles huge problems with the help of her bots (whom she built). In this story, Layla and her robots attempt to save a local theme park when the park owner decides to close the park for good. Layla works hard with her robot friends to develop and sketch out plans to help save this local theme park and redesign rides to accommodate pets. Layla has seen how bored the dogs in doggie daycare are and she wants to do something about it. But will cool doggie rides be enough to keep the park open?
👉 Layla is a terrific role model and kids can learn a lot from Layla's confidence and determination.
👉 Intended for independent beginning readers of elementary ages probably 7+ who can read through long books.

Of late, I got to read two fascinating non-fiction books, which changed my ideology of the food and grocery industry from the roots up.
