Title: A Stopwatch from Grampa

A little kid has Grampa's stopwatch with him now. Grampa used this stopwatch to time a street race, ice cream eating contest, and so much more. Now that his Grampa is no more, the little kid sadly says "I don't want his stopwatch. I want him." We sometimes forget to treasure people when they are around, but we soon understand what we lost, when we lose them. This little kid passes through lots of emotions in this story - denial, sadness, anger, dejection, and finally, acceptance

📚 Simple but poignant story.

📚 Illustrations capture the mood of the story in its entirety

Grandparents are a true blessing to a kid in a family. Everyone must cherish such moments and be thankful for getting a chance of being part of the family. Likewise, it is heartbreaking when they leave the world. A very heavy topic for little minds.

This charming book isn't about death at all. Perhaps, it can be said that you can foresee it coming. But, I believe this story is about family, relationships, bonding, and connections, whether you're near or far.
